Brooke is a Utah born artist. She has lived in Southern Utah as well as Salt Lake. She has travelled all over Utah and the western US.  Her travels have greatly influenced her work as a potter.  Brooke has been doing pottery as a hobby for 30 years and has just recently begun to explore the business side of it all.  She both works and teaches at a small community studio in the Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake, the Peterson Art Center.  Brooke has been as student of Mark Peterson, Dorothy Bearnson, David Pendleton, and Cynthia Xiaz-Cool.Brooke’s goal is to create functional pottery that people enjoy looking at and using in their home.  She hopes you find something that catches your eye and makes you smile every time you use it.
